You keep like a child, spewing senseless BS without actual evidence. I already know you have no proof, you're throwing conjecture and guesswork randomly and grasping. Things like performance, lack of changeable hotkeys etc (which they've promised, might just not be yet implemented or whatever, if its not a thing by release then shame on them) are just things you claim to be the exact same engine, but none of these things actually prove that. It be like me saying let's say... fallout 1-2 use the same engine as fallout new vegas because both have extreme stability issues. Of course I'm happy to be proven wrong, any evidence, just a shred! COH3's engine IS COH1's engine with SOME light modifications and an upgrade to DirectX. The same thing that's happening with AOE4. The most obvious? NOT mappable hotkeys. Do you know why is that? Because some genius at 2006 Relic decided hotkeys needed to be hardcoded in and nobody in all these years bothered to fix this. This is a lot of words. I played the SP alpha, performance was fine (90 fps) lol. Also performance=/=engine. It's such a reach and you don't have any actual proof. COH3 uses the EXACT same engine COH1 USED. How did I know? I played on a RTX1070 rig with an overclocked 8core 5ghz i7 processor and 64gb of ram (We use this in my uni pc to simulate statistical models) and it only USED A SINGLE CORE AND MAX 2GIGS of ram. I am sorry to inform you of this but WW2 happened before the Americans set foot in Western Europe. Thank oyu. Don't really care for the skins argument (though I think the overtop skull face thing is cringe). Just gonna correct some things 1: There are two campaigns, one is 1944 ish. This is the total war campaign. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Monte_Cassino (this battle for example is featured in the campaign.) the other is in 1941-43, not exactly specified. Though i have nothing to back this up extensively, Im pretty certain its 42-43 rather than 41. But who knows when they'll do the SP campaign. This stuff is MP, and it's based of the 44 rooster of the US. With the chaffe being a thing or whateer, like i said i earlier don't care for skins. But it's good for the long term health. I think the reaction is overblown personally since you don't really stare at your units face unless you're comp stomping but whatever. In: COH3 Central

If baseline USF was more MP efficient and had access to consistent mp (that doesn't require 500 mp essentially to get) then most of the doctrines would be fine. Theoretically, if you were targeting buffs for USF in general i would look at the faction itself and the core rooster since its overall kind of mediocre and currently relies on broken units to carry it (ez8 and greyhound) In: COH2 Balance
