I know I’m not aggressive enough in most cases.
This is mostly because I don’t want to run into a larger squad and get a surprise, but you’re right that after wiping out more units, I should have marched on.
I’m not quite aware of the power of units yet, at least not all of them. That’s why I’m going into an unnecessary battle, because I don’t know what the end result would be. And a late retreat starts with a bad tactical idea that I want to do as much damage as possible before I retire. (this means that I suffer more damage, I have already realized this).
During the no action, I don't quite remember what I wanted, I think I was expecting a bigger attack, or I thought about my options and I defended the VP instead.
However, thanks again for the analysis, I will try to apply these tips next time.
