With PPSHs they're pretty strong late game, especially if you're playing with the Guard Rifle Combined Arms Tactics commander or whateverthehell and have some Guards support your Pushing cons, I've found this to be very viable in 1v1s and 2v2s, the only problem with this commander is that it doesn't have a call in tank but that can be covered by the IL-2 loiter + howitzer combo to deal with infantry
Allowing 2-3 pings per second could be fine, spamming any more than that isn't going to do anything good, I have noticed that pinging something once means it's low-semi important and pinging something 2-3 times means that there's something really really important, so I don't really have a problem with this
Only the potato monster teammates who seriously spam 10 pings at nothing are fucking annoying, and in this case you should just start ignoring them and focus on everything else
There is so much stuff to take in consideration in okw 2v2s, way too much to explain here without dying of old age
Paying attention to enemies commander loadout/Picks and countering them is a big thing, also rushing key buildings on some maps with Spio Kübel combo allows for early game dominance. These are the basic keys to victory for okw on top of the obvious shit.
Also always remember to check your opponents base so you know which faction you're playing against on your flank and counter them as effectively as you can (Kind of an exploit but who cares anymore?)
T-34 for it's cost is fine but it still comes too late, this have been discussed 300 times already, buff the T-34/76 a little and make it cost more, or make it so that you can get it earlier so it wont get denied by the better counter pieces as soon as it hits the field
KV-1 would be interesting to see in a tier building tho, since it comes in a "meh" doctrine it could be moved to the base tech tree, for example replace the T-34/76 in the T4 and move the T34 to T3, locked behind side teching ofc
