I'd rather see a small nerf and some kind of smoke ability, which the OKW lack so much. Being unable to smoke a position makes Bofor + mortar pit rush so damn difficult, and OKW need to entirely rely on Stuka or ISGs. Puma, Luch or Puppchen are useless in this scenario. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Community map thoughts11 Sep 2014, 00:30 AM In order to adequately speak about balance issues, they should include these maps in automatch and bring up a quick survey afterward. Narva River Fun map with 3 good combat zones (island, village and northern right side) the middle island can be somewhat of a mess when there is too much units around. Based on google earth, which is nice Overgrowth Nice ambiance, simple and enjoyable. Lember Fall 1944 This would make a nice 3v3 and 4v4 map. Balance seems fine. Middle zone is quite fun because of the multiple angle and cover around the church. Karelia Summer This one might have too many chokepoints, thanks to its unique design. Tanks battle can be hilarious on this one. Beautiful map. I appreciate MonolithicBacon contribution with coh community. Pink Marshes I love pink marshes, it has been my favorite custom map since it's been released. Great ambiance, great design, lots of swamp and red cover makes for unique firefights. Well thought out. Thread: WC51 Military Truck w. .50 cal HMG ...beeing a pain! 31 Aug 2014, 17:19 PM A fast rakentenwerfer, as a 3rd or 4th unit, usually do fine for me against jeep or m3a1. People don't like to build them early, but it's much faster than waiting for 90 mun panzershrek or a fast puma. The ennemy usually don't expect the raketen early game, use that to your advantage. You can always get a second sturmpio if you feel overwhelmed by infantry. Or a kubel once the WC51 is dead. In: OKW Strategies
Thread: Volksgrenadiere merge ability27 Aug 2014, 15:38 PM That's a viable suggestion for Osttruppen, as they are lacking something right now. But not really useful for volksgrenadiers since you can always set up your med truck forward and have a retreat point. In: COH2 Balance

At the start of the war, panzergrenadiers were very good, then they traded armor for bullet dodging abilities. It was not really effective. 142. Thread: American player here, how is the Kubel weak?14 Aug 2014, 23:57 PM It's considered weak because it's only good in the situation you described: 1v1, versus american. Even then, it will die to a proper flank or to a vet 1 riflemen squad. The only thing going for it after the first few minutes is the huge sight it has. In: COH2 Balance
