There's an ability on the USF HQ in Ardennes Assault that pulls units off the map. It's only usable in your base and you don't get a refund: all it does is dimiss your units to free up popcap.

Is there any reason not to stick this on the multiplayer HQs? It'd be a handy way to dismiss unwanted units when you're at popcap without suiciding them.

IDK suiciding them is a pretty good way to get rid of units. If it's something useless enough to not want it probably won't give them that much XP or anything anyway.

It's a little against the whole unit preservation theme though. "Go walk into this machine gun so we can free up some army space!"

The Withdraw ability is hardly a necessity, but it'd be a neat little QoL feature that should be fairly trivial to implement.

I wish I could swap out weapons from the racks. Occasionally I get bazookas instead of BARs and it pisses me off. I actually quit a game when I equipped two Rifle sqauds with two bazookas each instead of BARs.
