capping speed

Aside from Ostruppen, do all units cap at the same speed? Also, it takes longer to cap a fuel/ammo point compared to a regular point, right?

not sure about ostruppen, takes longer to cap fuel/ammo.
Otherwise im sure someone has actual speeds down to the millisecond for all other enquiries.

Dont quote me on this but I think Pioneers and Combat engineers cap slightly faster than regular infantry. I am sure I read this somewhere.

(the capture and revert rate multipliers are in the raw data part)
I only checked 3 or 4 squads, but from the ones I checked, only Osttruppen had a deviating multiplier.

Huh, that is good to know. I swore it felt like an eternity for shock troops or pgrens to cap points, guess it was just in my head.

hmm capping speed along with mp costs and pop requirements are things that need to be changed in the future both for finetuning balance and to provide more assymetrical play but i think there are more pressing things to be adressed atm

As far as I know, its even the same for Vehicles capping with Vet ability.

I noticed during a game against CPU that the capping speed did not change regardless of number of squads capping and regardless whether the capping was active or passive. Is that so nowadays? Been away from the game quite some time. Awful change.
