BUG enemy units permanently visible on map

Towards the end of the battle I noticed that some of the enemy units were permanently visible on the mini and tactical maps, despite none of our units should have been detecting them.
My OKW teammate had an infrared half track, I have a suspicion that this bug is related to it. Note that for a time it had it's turret stuck in one direction.
The bug can be observed in the replay as well.

This is a common bug with the IR halftrack. There is no fix so far.
I believe it occurs when a unit is scanned + pinned and then retreats.
