relic allways apreciate suggestions to make dlc money.
aerosani seems like a cool unit unhindered by deep snow for Russians in snow maps.

Both options would probably be very map specific though,
Cav would not be good in a city, Aerosans only good in winter

Vehicle capture point can win games, blitzkrieg save a tank. Fair Deal i think

Generally this is true. So its really an operational level ability, not a tactical one.
Some of the very last charges did get launched though.
