I wanted to ask because I have looked online and all the sources I have gotten are outdated. There are not many people sharing this process either. Link a guide if you know one or go ahead a post a tutorial on how to do it here I also use steam and tried the steam tools thing, but I am not sure I am using it correctly

It's been a couple of years, but I did some extensive rewrites of it to fix all the gaps and glitches I found as I followed it.
It can look a bit overwhelming at first, but it is largely a step-by-step guide and I doubt anything has changed.

You should watch this. It goes step by step and will guide you on how to make the file structure in the tools.
