Has anyone used the Single Player Mission Creation Tutorial here:
http://modding.companyofheroes.com/single-player-missions
If so, how did you get it to work? Once I add the import("MapName_obj_Objective.scar") and import("MapName_Encounters.scar"), my units now longer spawn and I am unable to summon new units. Although, if I hit 'esc' -> resume, I am unable to summon new units.
Also, how do you open the console while testing your map? I've read that you press control + shift + ~, but nothing shows up for me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update: It appears to not be able to import my objectives or my encounters file.
This is the error:
SCAR ERROR Callstack:
C [C] Ln -1 (import)
main city_centre_2.scar"] Ln 8 ((null))
19:28:00.41 GameObj:nFatalScarError: [failed to import 'City_Centre_2_obj_FirstObjective.scar', file failed to open
main city_centre_2.scar"] Ln 8 ((null))
]
This is what my import looks like:

For anyone who runs into this same issues, my objectives file was missing from my .sga file. You can check it by using the Archive Viewer in Mod Builder (Tools -> Archive Viewer).
To get around this, I created a scenario pack using Mod Builder (New -> Scenario Pack).
But first create the file path shown here:
http://modding.companyofheroes.com/scenario-pack
Then, you can open your map file and all your scar files from that path. Just save when editing your map and then press build in mod builder before launching the game to test.
