Ostwind----after ostwind must training in SPHQ，I have No reason use it.....I think it should be basis unit not commander ability...better replace by some AI unit or support unit，I think call in mortar HT or StugE，or training StumpanzerIV in SPHQ（maybe it will be OP for OKW...） will be better
Thorough Salvage---I have some idea for this....More quick or more resources，both will be better. Or not change but bundle with Fortifications Doc’s field defendses，I think bunker for OKW will be welcome.
105 howitzer barrage---now they need 180 ammo to use，and need 100 ammo unlock 5 more barrage ，I think better reduce unlock more barrage ammo needed to 50？ Or when you got enough ammo ， barrage will covered more wider area？

imo ostwind should just be removed from the commander. rare anti air tank does not make any sense with the theme of commander. beutepanzer would fit commander much better

Swap the ostwind with a captured Soviet tank, eg t-34/76 or KV2. These were tanks captured and "scavenged" in large numbers by the Wehrmacht.

Pretty sure OKW players wouldnt want to get T34s when they can have the OKW P4 from the same tech building. KV2 might be interesting but I think it would be next to useless against Allied high pen, high range TDs.

Although I am not an OKW and I play all factions, I would take the T-34/76 over the ostwind any day.

while they cost nearly the same, the t34 is ALOT better than a ostwind...3 or 4 of this tanks can rush anythink and will make a big impact...while 5 ostwinds wouldnt beat 1 tank and wouldnt wipe that much like a wolfpack t34

Given the choice between okw P4, T34/76 and ostwind I would take the OKW P4 almost everytime(unless I'm struggling with fuel control) with perhaps exception if the T-34/76 is a techless callin.

But yes, if the only two tanks I have to pick from are the ostwind and T34/76 I'd probably take the T-34 9 times out of 10.

bergetiger or tank would be a cool addition to this doctrine. To bad there is no model for it in game.
