The Wehrmacht S-mines are generally fine but the fact that they are visible for everyone to see takes away that element of surprising enemy units, cuz it is supposed to be a mine.
The fact that you have to have 60 ammo to place 4 patches of s-mines is a feature which is annoying.
Sometimes I just like to place 1 patch but it does not give me the option until I get 60 ammo in order to place 1 patch 15 ammo.
Here is my idea of changing S-mines.
~ Take away 4 patches, make it 1 patch of s-mines instead costing 20 ammo. Price increased per patch will be then 20 ammo instead of 15ammo.
~ Take away the "warning signs", what is the point of having them?
What is the necessary requirement for taking the "warning signs" away at what cost?
What should the price be then?

They are a real pain in the ass to move around and take forever to remove. They primarily function as an area denial device. I think they are fine. Being able to plant them anywhere (1 cheap patch) would very much make them OP. as would removing the sign. An argument could be made about making them say 50 mu, but I wouldn't go much beyond that.
