many people in this forum also have a bug that the playercard doesn't show up, yet making a lot of balance claims as experts

Have anybody found a solution for this? I have this issue too. Although I tried running the game on a different PC (same profile) and it was fine.
Reinstalled the game 2 times, cleared the folder in user/documents/my games, changed a lot of setting, but nothing worked. It's been like this for months now.
I remember it has started when I changed my username.
