Valentine comes early and doesn't die to teller.
If you played recently, you will know that doctrine puma is utter shit at its current stage(15min puma r u kidding me relic?)
Stuart isn't even as strong as t70 imo.

Valentines are semi-medium tanks with 480 HP (no full HP engine damage by snares) and semi-medium gun damage (120) that are quite cheap. The current abuse meta is to skip tech entirely and spam Valentines to overwelm the enemy before they can get their own tanks out.
