Missing RGM / RGO files

I've broken the error blocks up above so it's easier to digest. It's refering to a modded emplacement with two light 45mm AT guns inside. THIS THING
I'm somewhat confused as to why this is coming up in the A.E when the instances have loaded after the December commanders update. The ebps files for all 3 of these components point to animator the modded .abp files in the Mod directory (for example: data\art\armies\british\structures\pit_mortar\pit_mortar_sink.abp)
What should I do?

The Attribute Editor doesn't look into your own folder with custom abp's. Although you can ignore these warnings because the Attribute Editor does included them when you build the sga.

I had a feeling that was the case but got paranoid. It's been ages since I've been in the tools.
