I think it needs to be toned down a little, maybe in the size of the targeting area. As others mentioned in team games you should definitely get AA for this just like stuka CAS.
Imo AA isn't the right answer, the game basic hasn't been designed around strong Air damage and AA are just a cosmetic "Every game tells a story". Sometimes I've got an AA on the sector and the time it takes to be in position aim and shot, the plane already delivered its load, or sometimes I think I'm in range but no the bastard doesn't want to shoot.
Then AA are too random and too expensive to maintain but on the other hand if they were hitting everytime skillplane would become useless. Air and Anti-Air mechanisms haven't great design in this game, we can see it in every match they are involved.
I think we went to much into AirStuffblowseverything as doctrinal abilities as a lazy option to make those commanders appealing. Hope the new commanders will be designed without them.
