I just don't know if I want to wait, I want to play it over the holidays when the snow is pouring down and it's too cold to go outside.
Any idea on PC release date, I'm guessing it is in 2014.

i am just afraid the pc port will be as horrible as the GTA IV port... but I will wait and live my life without killing hookers in a video game...

I'll get BF4 only because they added the commander mode and then Watch Dog while waiting for GTA V port

Good idea. BF4 is a no brainer for me too.
I am a bit cautious about watch dog. Looks too good to be true...
The Rockstar Games are the only reason for me to think about buying a xbox. But I can still resist..

yeah I'll check out the reviews before buying Watchdog, in the latest video, they showed that you can jump into another player's game and try to hack him, seems interesting.

I'm excited, got it pre-ordered. It's a big month for games for me between NHL 14, GTA V and FIFA 14.
Though I'll hold out on FIFA until November when I get a PS4. I'm selling my soul, or at least my PS3, to get one of those.

In the way a Lord is not concerned with the leavings of his peasants... I, too, am not concerned with console trash.
GTA, like all the previous ones, is overhyped. Not excited for it at all. I'll look at it a few weeks after its PC release to see if the port is any good.

As a fellow Canadian, it will be the first year that I'm not getting NHL14 since 2008. I'm tired of glitch goals and same engine for years. I will still miss the thousands of games I did with my buddies in the EASHL league.

Did you even check out GTA V? I checked out on Twitch today, and seriously it looks way better then the 4.
I agree that consoles dumb down games, I've been a PC gamer for 18 years but you need to relax dude. Look at GTA V and I'm sure you will change your mind.

Anyways GTA is a console game at its roots and still exceeds, so don't see how that applies here. And I don't think consoles are completely to blame, PC only titles are being streamlined these days....*cough* CoH2 *cough* *cough* Sim City *cough*

GTA V is a console game and I dont know why you have to bring up PC - console bullshit and paste all those Morpheus memes. Your first post was good enough to express your position on the game.
And yes, sure it is overhyped, but have you seen how the game is improved from GTA IV, but it runs on the same 7-year old system. Its better looking, bigger map, has longer story and supposed to have better mission quality, more things to do in free roam.
Surely this will be the best GTA game and probably game of the year.

I look at every game I talk about. I'm not ignorant of information when I make statements.
And I've yet to be proven wrong on what I've said concerning Rome II, and if I get proven wrong with GTA V, colour me pleased because there's another game I can play and be satisfied with.

I actually think BF3 is the classic example of a good multiplatform release, and I've no doubt BF4 will only be an improvement.
