Do people not realize their bulletins are visible?

I love when someone has a specific bulletin; for example the last game i played had a gaurd and two t55 bulletins. Hmm, perhaps T1-T3?

Bulletins proved a marginal benefit, in which they make a difference in close games. But that benefit disappears if it's so specific that your opponent knows what you'll do before the game loads.

I don't mind because I have counters already out the factory doors but it makes me hesitant to use them for myself.

Does anyone think the bulletins were hidden to the other team? I don't see why they are visible to the opponent.

My bulletins are only for special units that will need the buff. My opponent cannot possibly tell what I'll be relying on as I play dynamically.

That feature's awesome. Good for mindgames. If you're not up for restricting your build, go for something that benefits cons or grens because everyone needs those normally. I like the Soviet faster mine/wire placement one, personally. Also, if you see the MG-42 suppression bulletin you get the added bonus of losing all respect for your opponent before you start playing.
