Noun said the first pack will be free for pre orders and Digital Collectors owners, but the Digital Collector owners will have all the year for free?

The first pack is free to CE and pre-orders. Future packs won't be.

We haven't announced pricing yet but will when it's released.

not mention it looks like a false advertising, maybe could i get my money back from DCE? Then it doesnot worth that +commanders,+skins and the COH 1 which i already had

I bought COH 2 via non-steam and I got the pre-order bonuses (commanders, TOW 1941, a few skins). Will I get the TOW 1942 year too?
