I've some matches lately when my guards are using the button up ability the remaining models stand idle instead of shooting at enemy units.
It appears it has something to do with the facing of the units before using the ability, as it mostly happens when I order them to suddenly turn around to button a vehicle. It affects both PTRS and Mosin guards.
Its really anoying because it leads to vehicles escaping my button. Remember you can't issue another command to the unit it cancels the ability.
Unfotunately Ive just played a match that overwrote a replay when i had that issue.

Maybe a bit off-topic but you might want to check out the CELO app. It gives a lot of helpful info from your matchups and will save replays even if you forget to do it manually.
