How To Set Rally Point of Produc. Buildings?

Hi. Is there a way to force a Production Building to set its Rally Point to just beside it and not towards the Base HQ? I've been fiddling about but I can't seem to find any option that does so.

Try to select the building and then right click on the location where you want your units to spawn.
Then all new trained units from this specific HQ will go to the location which you just righ-clicked at.
You must do it for each (tier1-4) production building alone. All production buildings can have a different rally point location.

It's okay. And it's only okay because I have figured out the solution after hours of scrounging the tools.
In the case that anyone else reading this is looking for the solution -
View British last building's ebps. In its action_apply there's a scarfunctioncall that points its rally flag to its front. Use that one.
