Anybody has any idea what i should do? :(

What's your stream resolution and FPS? For 1080p (1920x1080) and 30 FPS your bitrate shouldnt be lower than 3000 kbps, it supposed to be somewhere between 3000 and 6000, depends on your hardware capability.

If your system cant handle it, lower the resolution first. For 720p (1280x720) your bitrate should be somewhere between 1600 and 4000 kbps.

Also you always can lower the game's settings. Try to set everything on minimum, except the screen resolution, and do some tests. Usually the game have a priority, so if your PC cant handle the game and video coding at the same time, the first one could be running smooth, but your fps in video could drop to unviewable levels.

Could be just an internet issue also :D Do some internet stability tests. And also if you are using Xsplit, try to do some tests in OBS.

You are right about that, i was already thinking about upgrading it, but it used to be possible in the past and now it suddenly changed :/

Scale down your Resolution from the one you have atm (1980x1050 i guess?) to 1280x1024.

As i did that it worked out to be fine both ways

Scale to 720. Most people don't have access to internet to even view a stream higher than that (you will lose a lot of viewers trust me, you can look at top streamers and 99% of the time they are at 720 @ 60) This is even harder when you have no settings to change as a viewer (which you most likely do not have), so they will always view source.

Downscale your resolution to 720 @ 30fps with 3k Bitrate and 3.5k buffer, make sure to enable CBR padding as well.

If you encode off your GPU (and its older) you will also potentially have issues. If that is not the case and you are noticing a slower reaction to simple inputs while streaming, it is your CPU being old.

Streaming-Codec is CPU bound, in which your AMD Quad vishera is holding you back here.

If you are interested in streaming in general and you look for an upgrade path you should keep an eye on the new r5 1600/r7 1700 CPUs on the AM4 platform (depends on your budget ofc).

Elseway you have to really turn your streaming quality down like other users already mentioned.

I enabled cbr in advanced options and changed my bitrate to 2500 and i changed my fps to 30. I also set the basic resolution to 1920x1080 (which it was already on) and changed the scaled resolution to 1152x648. This means the highest resolution is 648, but it is duable. I dont have to play on the highest 1080 resolution but playing on 720 would be nice and now im a little bit below that but yeah shit happens.

The scaled resolution is 1152x648 as i said. What happens if i change it to 1152x720, will the quality go a bit higher without fucking up my screen resolution (if you know what i mean ^^, i mean that my screen doesnt transform to a weird rectangle that's not 1920x1080 anymore) or does it totally fuck up?

I did some testing just now and my pc doesnt lag and the stream doesnt lag as well, which is nice. It's watchable as i said :P

I'll probably by a new processor soon, which would mean i could turn my settings up a bit. A bit, i understand that ;)

Thx for the help and if there are more problems i'll report here :D

PS: More testing tonight and this afternoon ^^

Not really, streamed a lot on my Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 4460 CPU @3.20 GHz, had 0 problems.
