So while modding I discovered the British Buildings have the build time highlighted in yellow. I'm not sure whether this is something to be concerned about or not. I have not directly edited this EBPS. Any clarification is appreciated.

Yellow-coloured stuff usually denotes developer comments. I don't remember how to read the content of those comments precisely.
