good sign, I'd like to see all end-game tanks needs build T3 or T4 for soviet, and reaches battle phase 3 or 4.

while decreasing their costs.

First off all. Tripwire so gud, 10 ammo for a whole dead squad ? + sight.
Vehicle capture point can win games, blitzkrieg save a tank. Fair Deal i think

but it needed a nerf indeed, good solution i think. It's hard to balance the pak43 otherwise without making it completely useless.

You wouldn't be building them at that point anyway unless you where at tier 3 or higher.

pak43 is for when you need AT gun immediatly and if you are sTucked at t2 you need time for tech for t4 meanwhile armors take care of you :/

so you have to tech to t4 in every games in case of needing pak43, however you dont used that either t3,t4 buildings just call in tiger. Waste of fuels... Make its price to 600 manpower 100 fuel or whatever but it shouldnot require phase teching :/ .

It already required that before if I'm not mistaken. I remember having to tech up to build it, just like the howitzer.

Having to tech to battle phase 3 doesn't require you to build the building.

Two is surprised that pq is an Relic Employee (Didn't know until now by the look of things) and assumed that Relic was impressed by his work on the mod Europe In Ruins: Reinforcements (EIRR)

(I don't know if he was involved in the work on the modification, but I will assume he was)

If you didn't understand what EIRR was, all you had to do was google it. But insulting his message is dumbfounding.

idk, i dont remember it needed battle teching however i teched always t3 before using pak43. But now it needs t4 teching. ( dont need the building)

and howitzer require teching too > < ? i must be blind. These should include what resources need to build in main menu when you choose commanders .

I did just say what it meant. EIRR = Europe in Ruins: Reinforcement

It's a mod for CoH1. If you paid notice to the reply he made, it seemed as if it was a work of some sort, so I figured it would have been a modification. So EIRR + Mod , google it. And you'll find out what it's all about.
