I am playing with this commander, it is very nice. You can get 2 Panthers in less than 15 minutes if you manage your troops properly. You can also spam Osttruppen Squad to capture terretories and use Railway Artillery to defend objectives.
I have record some videos playing with Bossttruppen.

I really like ostruppens against USF.
3 Ostruppens, 2 HGM´s into fast 444.
Get as much map as possible, plant tellers try to lure stuart, backtech fausts if needed and secure your fuel with HMG.
Then drop 50 fuel there (you saved a lot mp by going ostruppen) and quickly tech for oswind. If everything go well, you will get oswind before 8-9 minute mark, completely hardcountering USF army composition

Usf can go all out Zooks remember (which is why sometimes i go double sniper at this point, causing wasted fuel & additional mp bleed)!

Don´t get me wrong, but I have never see USF full zook in my skill level.
This is mainly because everythin will outfight zooked rifles, even ostruppen

This is very good strategy, normally I like to play with Panthers or Panzer IV.

Osttruppen are amazing against brits. Their few, expensive squads contrasting your many cheap squads lets you take so much of the map control and keep up the harassment. Then you get a sniper and eat them alive.

Ostruppen is really fun, you just need to remember to transition into actual infantry from your Prostruppen, prostruppen are awesome to take team weapons, capping and being the lead unit in a pust to take damage

Something like this. Easiest to build t1 and t2 at the same time so you don't have your pios off the field.
Get a gren squad later for the lmg and riflenade.

Osttruppen Doctrine works fine vs Brits in 1v1 if you protect your Sniper with Osttruppen and push aggressively towards hostile cut off. Osttruppen into fast light vehicles proved to be effective against Soviet T1 strategies either.
