Is anyone able to do this? I'm looking for the Soviet ML-20.

I think you mean importing and exporting models. Extracting them just means you took them out of the .SGA in their raw .RGM format.
Anyways, the CoH1 import and export tools are the only way.

Some models simply will not import while others require painstaking work to get into a usable state.

Do you by any chance have all of that stuff installed? I'm happy to do the painstaking work part once I have an .fbx or .obj or something... but I'm using Blender and don't have 3DS max. I would be forever in your debt if you could have a look for a Howie.
