As it seems http://coh-stats.net/ is offline, is there an other side offerign the same service out there? Or did anyone download the content?

It went offline the same day coh2stats went down. Coh2stats was purchased by Prima guides so maybe they already have the stats up... for like 20€ I'd expect -.-
It is especially a pity because cohstats had many guides and explanations about the meaning of some stats.
I think there currently is no site displaying the stats but you can use modding tools to unpack the game files and look directly inside them. It isn't as easy as cohstats was but at least nobody can take it down.
I also checked a online archive site that takes snapshots of popular sites but their snapshots are totally incomplete, showing nothing but the main page

Bad news, but tahnks for the information. I got about no idea how to use Croxis so this is not really an option.
