Hi guys,
(I couldn't find this topic in the forum. So please forgive me if there is already something that I missed).
Is there a mod, or tools, to create scenes/scenarios for short video clips in COH2? Ideally with camera path, etc.
If not, and if you have some experience, do you have any recommendations on how to do such videos?
And, is there a tutorial somewhere?

You could try it with cheatmod. You can change the zoom level, and set up scenes by spawning in units and abilities. But you still have to be your own camera man. Other than that I am not aware of any other possibility, but I don't have much experience in this field.
