i seen in this Thread:

that the most user think that the LM is to strong and wipes to often.
causes:
- 30 rockets, every rocket have the abilty to wipe a 4 model Squad
- it deals much dmg vs tanks
- the time to react after hear the sound is to short (under 4sec....a PW give u around 6-8 sec time to react)
- it can easly recrewed after killed the models
- it is to potent ... and really Op if u have more than 1 on field
- it doensnt need tech and comes early and is really cheap
- it is in the most picked commander from brits....it is int the meta commander (so no big decision need)
What do you think?

1. It should cost a lot more FU (all other arty in the game cost 80 or more. LM only 40!!).
2. Less rockets fired.
3. Less damage.
4. Only one per time (this can be done to other artys aswell.)

Out of curiosity, how does the profile of its rockets compare with that of the Katyusha?
Copypaste of yesterday post and adding information:
-PW/CalliOP rocket IS slightly stronger than Katyusha/LM
-PW has suppression but higher FF.
-PW/Katyusha deal full damage against heavy cover. CalliOP/LM half.
-CalliOP/Katyusha range is 200, PW is 160 and LM 120. If you use ANY of them at 70/80 range you will wipe whatever target.
-CalliOP (380mp/140f/12pop), LM (350mp/40f/10pop), Katy/PW (360mp/85f/12pop). I owe you the recharge times.
-ALL ROCKETS deal the same damage (80), have the same pen (50) and deflection (0.25).
-Rocket fires: Katy 4x4, PW 1x10, CalliOP, 1x10-1x8/10, LM 1x30 (around 20s at max range)
What makes CalliOP/LM good are:
-The commanders they are in.
-They are call ins instead of teching (PW is not bad, but it's on T4).
-The amount of rockets, which makes them more relevant on 2v2+, specially on choke maps.
What makes LM good:
Veterancy.
Current:
-25% barrage recharge time
+33% damage
-25% barrage recharge time
Change it to:
Unlocks White Phosphorus barrage
-40% barrage recharge time -20% scatter
+33% range
This is PW veterancy for comparison:
Unlocks the 'Counter Barrage' ability
-20% scatter, -40% barrage recharge
+33% range

Land mattress might not be a problem in 4v4, but it is in 1v1 and 2v2, game modes that you don't play according to your signature. So, perhaps he has more experience than you in other fields.

Well, first of all I think it is too cheap for what it does.

- MG bunker is too cheap for what it does.
- 10 muni Soviet AT/AI mines are too cheap for what they do.
- Flare mine wiping entire German squad was too cheap for what they did (Edit : It's been nerfed, bleh)
- Goliath is too cheap for what it does (wipe 4x entire vet 3 squads instantly with no warning?)
- Having played all factions,I don't find the landmattress OP. It's slow and vulnerable as hell.

Only one ability in mobile assault is not extremely good (advanced cover).
- Flamethrowers at 0CP help Brits to get rid of their biggest early game weakness: Units in buildings
- Infiltration Commandos spawn in a building, and kill everything with their insane close range dps and gammon grenades.
- Land mattress is the land mattress
- Vehicle crew repairs can save a vehicles ass if you did something stupid before
My biggest problem in this commander is not the LM but the commandos that spawn instantly on almost every part of the map, can cloak and throw a satchel grenade with a 1,5s fuse.
The commander just removes the Brits weakness against infantry and counters every kind of German defensive play.
Make commandos appear with the glider and lower the number of LM rockets by about 5-6 and the commander is pretty solid.

OST by desing is a defensive faction, is not very mobile, that relies too much on his MG42, mortar and PAK. That kind of arty set to ground that playstryle.

ost have not the mobility to deal with the LM strike. their support weapons will wipe..and their 4 models squad without a question too.
even their tanks get much dmg on their heads. the problem is the damage and the time to react after hear the sound.
