Hello lads,

I got into worldbuilder just recently again and a mate is creating some stuff aswell. He has a weird issue where he cannot place objects anymore in his maps. If he delets one or 2 objects he can place the exact same number again but nothing more.

My question is: has World Builder an object limitation, where one can only put a restricted number of objects into it? Or is something wrong with his toolbar or whatever?

TThanks for reading and maybe solving this problem

Yeah, just recently looking into this. I have no idea what the upper limit is, but Worldbuilder must have an object limit within the range of 4000-8000 objects.

Looking at Relic's maps, most 8 player maps don't exceed 2000, so the limit must be to prevent the engine from failing.

There is no reason to ever have that many objects in a map. The cluttering would be unreal at that point. Also you would get physics bugs out the ass, more so than we do now.
