Steam Cooldown Times Standared 2.0
The idea arose from the unbalance of cooldown times recon and flares. Are abilities that break the fow and spoil fun, strategies and gameplay. There are huge bugs and discrepancies with the following abilities;
-The recon/flare abilities in team games are followed by rain of rockets, projectiles, bullets, attacks in hordes, ect.
With this times fixed the game will be smoother for those who do not decide to choose a doc or units with these abilities.
-Abilities of units cost 40-45MU although the price is low, the time is 75s so that they have a reason to choose a commandant with recon/flares
- The cooldown times of recon planes that were bugged in 30s have been standardized. The time is lower than flares because their have risk of losing planes. Brits recon has increased its times (time of use has to touch the animation and is something I do not know)
- Abilities with flares can not be interrupted as they are the case of planes for that reason its high time. Flares okw with 20s cooldown in 4v4 is a punishment.
- Abilities that in game have negative numbers cooldown can be made exploit. The Soviet faction is the one with the most flares, if you have MU you can launch more flares.

USF riflemen_fire_flares_ability_mp..........of -20s cooldown increased to 75s
BRIT command_vehicule_plane.................of 30s cooldown increased to 120s
BRIT brit_17_pounder_flares_ablity_mp.......of -20s cooldown increased to 75s
WEHR Stuka_air_recon...........................of 30s cooldown increased to 75s
SOV IL-2_recon.......................................of 30s cooldown increased to 75s
SOV mortar_fire_flares_ability_mp............of -20s cooldown increased to 75s
SOV sniper_fire_flares_ability_mp............of -20s cooldown increased to 75s
OKW Flare_artillery...................................of 20s cooldown increased to 90s
OKW panzarfusiliers_flare.......................of -20s cooldown increased to 75s

that was needed.

i also like the idea of longer cool downs. i even think it should be 75 sec cooldown that start after the recon is over (or when it was supposed to be over).
