SCAR print message to screen?

Hello,

Does SCAR have the functionality to print a message to the screen of the players? I'd like to print a message when a certain flag is dropped and cue a warning sound, how would I go about doing that?

I'm currently looking at the documentation, but not sure specifically which function would trigger that

What do you mean by distributing SCAR data? Can you give an example?

How do I actually call the function in my mod?

I have a tuning pack that I'm using currently, but I don't know how to 'attach', for lack of a better word, this SCAR package so that it can be used.

You'd have to use a win condition to run SCAR.
