after playing COH2 for a while and see its real footage, i am upset. even i choose the max setting for COH2, however, it still cannot reach image quality showing in the follows.
this is what your RElic guys showing the game in picture






that is what it really looks like in game with MAX setting:

Get rid of the taskbar and put 20 explosions in every screenshot, then it looks "better".
This was already obvious while the alpha

trying to use sweetFX, however the setting really confused me, can u just upload one presetting if possible?

Changed your sensationalized title :( Pre-release screenshots are heavily photoshopped. You gonna complain to every advertiser on the planet now for photoshopping their advertisements?

Graphics are always better in early screenshots because they haven't optimized the game yet. Graphical quality always ends up worse as development progresses in order to meet the needs of lower end computers(Not very well, I'm playing on bare minimum with a quad core i7 and a mid end GPU and I still get shit frames with none of the graphical quality).

In the screenshots there is also no UI, and it's zoomed out. It'll look different.

I wouldn't suggest trying SweetFX without permission from Relic. It's an injector so it can be used as a hacking tool if you dick around with the settings enough.

Most important thing is smaa1 and lumasharpen1, put lumasharpen to your liking from 2 to 3
hdr1 and bloom1 if you like it.
tonemap to adjust colours
i got defog 0,003 and colours 0,000 0,000 2,55 (blue)

Same question for every game...
relic can't even fix their game let alone do anything against sweetfx the only way to get that game not shit looking. And why should they?

I don't care that much about CoH2 graphics, it is decent enough.
I just want better optimization, it has awful performance even at low.

I think COH2 looks pretty darn good. Few RTS games out there look better, and if they do, it's arguable (New C&C uses Frostbite)

Was there a fix released for the immense hardware hunger of coh2 yet? Coh1 i could play easily a 4v4 with everything on high, but coh2 only works with lowest settings, though doesnt have increased textures overall.

Also, from personal experience:
I used to work for a visual effects company, and sometimes we'd get a job to "pretty up" game trailers.. especially in the effects department, such as smoke, explosions....
