Its cloak ability is so annoying sometimes. In winter balance notes its changed as useless, i dont think it needed 10 second to recloack, its not fair.

I suggest make them auto-cloack while stands and out of cloack at firing, walking and scouted. Maybe a little delay after stand into cloacking.

Just wait for the 1.4 changes they are going to push through in the next few days. Perhaps they changed it!

The raketenwerfer received other, ease-of-use changes to make it more capable of functioning, even without stealth. The 10 second out-of-stealth lockout is on par with snipers and other stealth units.

If you don't want to reveal your cloaked units, don't shoot.

And what if the Raketenwerfer Crew starts firing their pistols at tanks while being cloaked and the tanks being out of the arc of fire?

As of WBP 1.0 they won't. That bug has been fixed.

im not complaining about it reveals easily. I want it not to be arcade like moving cloack. Especially in team matches people use them as scout, some sneaks 4 of them into your sherman all fires once and retreat, sherman gone... Also 10 second to re-cloack sucks.
