How to deal with penals as osth early game it is imposible i just couldnt deal with it. Any tips pls it is so painful

MGs, mortar, don't overextend. keep your MGs out of buildings and moving constantly.
i'm not sure how useful a sniper would be with the 6 man squads. i typically don't use a sniper against SU.

Vehicles. If they get guards to counter your vehicles---> cry silently in the corner.
Depending on map and assuming 1v1, double hmgs. If they get sniper, get a sniper of your own.

Even if i get mgs they can outlfank me using clown car it is just imposible to get any sustainble force to fight them they would grind you out

What worked versus my Penal build were double MG42s and 3-4 Grenadiers into 222 and PaK. Then choosing Mechanised Assault for Stug Es will help.
