1v1 Soviets vs OKW Faymonville

OK, i finally managed to beat my first OKW opponent, and a victory after a lose spree.
i know its not a lose but i think i can learn from my Victories too yep?

I know that my opponent wasnt really good, he was losing forces from the start, but he was doing some advanced stuff like building sandbags on every point, even denying me green cover on mid and i saw a mine i think.

So after a few games, a still cant figure out who is supposed to have more aggresive early game, OKW or Russia? Is it normal that from start he is able to control most of the map even when im trying to spam Cons to have Uber capping power?

Another question is, what am i supposed to do with his Flak building? Should i build mortar ASAP and bomb it to hell? or should i just wait for medium tank to kill it? Or should i just leave it if its not directly blocking me?

I feel like every OKW against me is using almost the same build order, he spams Volks, 1 Raketcanon, anti infantry halftruck and then just waiting for tanks, while upgrading volks with some better rifles. Is there a way how to counter this directly?

I think in this match Commander helped me alot, big mortar is a blast, mark vehicle too, and the better medium tank is not bad too. Against camping OKW waiting for a tank, perfect. If you want to know why those other too, the second one is to support my constripts if i manage to not lose them all and the anti-tank partisans are great surprise for everyone on this rank i think. The third is to cover if game is looking to be long enough so i can have something heavier then just T-34.

I know that i had tons of munitions, i am not really sure where to place mines, behind my line feels quite like a waste, and when i want to get them somewhere where they can do something, i fear enemy will spot my engs planting and just waste them and the mine too.
