The ability overwrites the other bonuses a unit might get through veterancy or other auras.
The exclusive boolean is set to true when it should be set to false. This applies to both infantry and vehicles.

This is set to every modifier given the units from this ability.

So how much of a nerf does the ability apply?Basically a Pershing shoots slower than normal.

Lower vet Pershing and lower/no vet USF vehicles get buffed fine, it's the Vet Bonuses like reload that are getting canceled by combined arms only.

So how much of a nerf does the ability apply?
With vet0 units, it's not a nerf at all, ability will work fine (atleast if you're not trying to run it at the same time as say On Me)
With vet3 units, it lowers the DPS of most units by like 20% while active.
