Am I missing something or does the Ostheer not have access to anti-infantry mines similar to the OKW's Sturmpioneer mine? All I can see are the pioneers' mine field for 60 munitions but that seems to be a very heavy-handed replacement.
I read somewhere that you can cancel the mine field after placing one or more mines and get the cost of the unplaced mines back?
No anti-infantry mines?

Yes, you need 60 Muni to start laying the field which consists of 4 quadrants. Each quadrant only costs 15 Muni - you don't even need to cancel it per se' - if one of the squares is Red due to terrain or whatever then you only get charges 15 Muni per yellow square.
