toggle/drop weapon upgrade

One of the things i think that should have made a standard ability is to:
- toggle drop delete upgraded weapons, thereby
- dropping the upgrade to the ground, thus
- opening up weapon slots, freeing up the weapon slot for a more opportunic weapon in the heats of battle;
- after deleting the former upgrade, one can only obtain other weapon via regular means

I am sure someone have covered this already or knows how to do this, can anyone please assist?

Nah man, that would be OP in team games, think about it an OKW player getting shrecks on his volks and dropping it for his Osttruppen teammate or getting a Bren for your IS and dropping it for your teammate's cons. Can be cheesy.

Yeah i agree that this could become cheesy. There is however a way around this, i suppose by simply emptying/deleting the weapon upgrade entirely, leaving no weapon on the ground. So one could only obtain weapons dropped in the mids of battle or standardly thru upgrades from the armory. Now is there an easy way to toggle delete a weapon upgrade, preferably one toggle button per weapon upgrade in the squad ui?

Repeat step 1.

sounds balanced ?
1. Relic bans, not me. 2. It stands in the rules: If you are banned more often, the duration increase and can lead in the end to permaban 3. The Case is bigger as you guys think. So pls step 1 step away pls. 4. I am not a player in the 4vs4 cup, because of RL work.

Yeah, the balancing part was noted and acknowledged, dropping is no longer the question, deleting is.
