I'm not too sure what I could have done better here, it just feels like his troops were so much more powerful even despite him losing 3 tanks for no reason. I couldn't hold any map because my troops are so bad compared to his sniper, flamers and shocks. And then demos so I can't even cap a point without losing a whole squad.
Looking at the replay, probably a Luchs would have helped but I don't know if it would have made a big difference in the end. Probably blobbing less in a couple of places would have avoided some losses but it was more out of convenience while I was travelling further up the map rather than actually blobbing, but he just blow them up with B-4.
Feels like a broken matchup tbh.
What could I have done better?

Your biggest problem is choosing your engagements. The first encounter with your double sturms set you back for the whole game. You need to be focus firing one unit at a time, and using cover. The first engagement, you put your sturms right next to that house on the brick wall.
At ranges less than 10 (about the distance from the East side of the house to the tree) cover doesn't have any effect, except for garrison cover. The CE in the house will be putting good damage on you, while you will only be doing 25% damage to them. Meanwhile, the m3 was right next to you also shooting. You could possibly have forced the scout car off by focus firing on the car, but you let your sturms choose their own targets and split up their damage. This let him force off your whole starting army with no losses. Against a better opponent it would have cost you the game much earlier.
A little bit later you were in this position trying to protect your fuel.
Your troops just aren't going to be effective here. Sure you will hold off the scoutcar, but meanwhile the sniper is moving up to pick away at you and the penals are about to take your cutoff. You need to be aggressive here and use your squad advantage to regain all your lost territory. He teched up and invested in expensive penals and scoutcar, he will be behind you in resources.
So at this point you teched up to medic truck. Mechanized would have been better against t1, but you could have used the flack track. Any vehicle would have done serious damage to this T1 opening. You would just need to watch out for the t-70 or su-76 later.
The rest of the game is mostly shocks putting you through the ringer. Need to work more on picking your engagements, you were soft retreating when you should have been standing still and retreating when you should have been fighting. Work on staying together and making a coordinated push, focusing on one unit at a time. About half way through the match you significantly outnumbered the Soviet player, he has spent a total of 2400! manpower on b4s in the match.
You can see here that you had 50% more infantry than he did at this point. Need to keep up the pressure and focus on his cutoff. Move your mgs up, they aren't doing anything sitting so far back. You were also cut off a few times and you forgot to retake it for long periods of time, that's how he kept getting so many more vehicles than you. At the end of the game you were both floating a ton of fuel, you should have invested in a panther.
summary:
Focus on your micro, you weren't using cover as well as you could have. Choose your engagements better, you weren't fighting where and when you should be. Try and hold your cutoffs, and adapt your build order to the opponent more. Don't be so quick to retreat, when you can hurt his troops enough to put them out of the fight too. 1v1 shock will beat everything you have. He went heavy ai and no at at all except for other vehicles, if you would have rushed any kind of vehicle you would have beat him bad. The only thing protecting his b4 was mgs. Most of these things you will learn more from intuition, just practice more. Try not to blob.

I think I played better this time around after taking what you said into account. Still some issues like losing the Flak HT and having idle troops at base a bit too much but better I think.
