I was having trouble describing it so I made a video showing it
I believe this has started since I updated to Windows 10 about 1-2 weeks ago. I'm updated to the latest version of Firefox, no issues in Chrome.

Do you still have it?
Just in case you can try ctrl+f5 to clear the cache. And ctrl+0 to reset the zoom to standard.

Yeah still got it. Tried both of those fixes, still got it.

Solved it. You are most likely zoomed in. Reset your browser's zoom level and it should work as normal.

Nah as I said I tried both of the things Seb suggested (clearing cache and resetting zoom) and it's still here

Aha! If I zoom out 1 notch from standard it works properly but now everything is smaller

Hmm, could be something in our web page code, or improper handling of the web page when zooming in or out from the browser. Or something else.
I can reproduce the issue when I zoom in far enough. It happens at 160% zoom for me, Firefox v45.0.2.
