How to counter Inf support guns in enemy base

So on a few smaller maps my friend likes to keep 2 inf support guns IN his base and blow everything I have up :)
The mortar pit takes extra damage from these (which seems fair because they need a good counter) so I can't use that to attack them. Plus they can move around his base freely.
I can't get inf into his base obviously. If I take Artillary command I can maybe kill the crew but since they are in his base he just recrews them right away.
On slightly larger maps they are not a problem as I can get to them and take them down depending on how well he is protecting them.
Is there a good answer for this or should I split my army and try to take the 2 Vic points furthest from the middle. (I don't like to do this because of Axis armor. If I split the army he can drive a few tanks to one side and make me retreat and then to the other side :) I can't really make 4 anti-tank guns to keep 2 at each Vic point.
This is really only a problem for me on very small maps.

Build two AEC and maybe a PIAT or two and you can kill the flak emplacements guarding his base at around the 8 minute mark really easy. Having 700mp tied up in ISG makes this easy since he has a smaller army.

If you're really fancy you can do this with 1 AEC and 2 PIATS at like 6 minutes.
