I have noticed a lot lately that sometimes when I ungarrison the vickers it takes the time to unpack while in the building then as soon as it comes out I tell it to retreat and then it unpacks a second time out side of the building. Which ends up it becoming the enemys vickers.
Not sure about the other mgs just this is the one I noticed. I thought once you ungarrsioned that there suppose to remain packed up to immediate retreat instead of having to unpack twice.

Tab - select unit of choice (vickers) and give an location outside where it should go so it will not deploy because when you just send it outside it will set up because and enemy is propably in sight.

The mg42 has had this since day 1.
Not a bug. It's a feature

This is a known bug clarified by the late Cuddletronic .
If the mg exits from the door facing the enemy, it will autodeploy, even if you give it an order before that.
Bottom line, mgs should always exit from the door facing away from the enemy.

Yeah, if you tell the HMG to get out of building without giving it an order where (by selecting the squad specifically inside the building, not just clicking on the building), it'll autodeploy going out.
I personally very much like putting my HMGs in control groups to avoid this, selecting the control group has you select the squad for easily ordering them to a location outside the building. You'll still have to get them to retreat before they reach the location though, if under fire.
