A: Yes you can, but we won't be able to answer.

It sucks. We wanted Leaderboards in the game at launch and we're just as disappointed as you are that they're not. Probably more so because nobody is angry with you that they're not there.

However we're working with an external party on them and to a degree it's beyond our control.

It's like if you invited people over to your house for a pizza party. You put your order into the Canadian House of Pizza & Garbage and promised your friends there'd be pizza. Then no pizza shows up, and you keep calling back and the guy on the phone says, "Oh, you ordered a pizza? We'll have that for you soon."

It's not your fault there's no pizza, but you're responsible for there not being pizza and your friends going hungry.

We'll have them as soon as possible, and we're sorry for the wait.

These are not your "friends" going to a "party".
These are tens of thousands of customers who PAID $60 based on your promises.

You have not delivered.
There is no anger in these comments. I am presenting objective facts.
your customers are not your friends.

Every brand suffers when its owner fails to deliver on a promise.
That includes Relic.

In any other business, we, as customers, could legally and morally hold Relic responsible for not delivering on its promises, regardless of who they have outsourced/contracted/etc the service to.
