5/7

Sorry to burst the bubble but it has been suggested before (IIRC since release when minefields were too expensive). Sounds pessimist, but i think we would see barbed wired fields before seen this implemented.

You pretty much can do this already IIRC. Plant one section of mine then tell your pios to leave before they finish with the rest.

Precisely why they should be somewhat redesigned and rebalanced around the mechanic. You already can do it in a clunky, roundabout manner due to a bug.

I'd also accept making the signs always appear even if only one patch is built, letting players specifically using it for area denial be able to do so for cheaper if they get the enemy to call their bluff.

Meh. They never bothered to remove the signs in the first place which is the most obvious necessary change. Why the hell would the Germans have left signs signalling mines to the Russians?

None of the other sides signal the mines they lay. It's pretty ridiculous.

Because none of the other mines are basically guaranteed a squad wipe when infantry runs into them (aside from when the squads bunch up, which is roughly 90% of the time :foreveralone: ) and the others cover a lot less area.

The SU Defensive Tactics PMD-6 Mine can have it beat maybe, but it's doctrinal and on Defensive Tactics so I don't really see a problem with it.

Vuther's right. Removing the signs would be a pretty enormous buff to an already good ability. It would mean that you would only be able to side cap with minesweepers.

Guys the sign need to stay that's why I wanted to make fake sing so it would be more a mind game of where did he put the real mine and not where did he put the mine
