when i enter a game exatly 30 sec in and i got dc and lose my internet cant even use browser

How often does it happen?
Sounds like some firewall/router issue.

problem came again same but this time i cant scroll it off
seems is a steam problem

Sounds like a potential firewall issue. Make sure you have exceptions set for Steam and COH2 in your firewall settings.

Yes I have all fire wall ok but yesterday after I turned off and on my router it worked today no and is only on this pc on the other ones runs ok

Ok it's "wired" but the wire runs troughs electricity and another modem before reaching the router
