As the title is saying every screen that is on the main menu turned see through and while it not unusable it's pretty damn annoying. Game cache verification and even reinstalling don't help so it's not on my end. Thank god everything in game is fine.

Press Menu button and under the Exit u can find a slider. Scroll it.
