Windows 10 services preventing connection to CoH2?

Hey, I noticed that I can't connect to Relic servers but if I disable all services through msconfig, I can connect just fine. Does or did anybody else have that problem as well? It also prevents me from loading pictures on FB unless all services are disabled.

I don't have this issue with Windows 10.
Is it a fresh installation or a migration from another version of Windows?
What services have you disabled ?

Same problem ... cant start any Multiplayer Game ... ther is a small Lock on the Buttons ... cant play online with Friends ...its a fresh Install on a Win 10 Laptop ...
It says "Synchronization error . Starting Company of Heros 2 with the same settings as your friends ."
Anybody know a fix ?

Hey,Hey, I actually solved this issue already. I found out that disabling IPv6 on my network adapter worked. Probably something wrong on my ISP's end.
I don't have this issue with Windows 10.

You could try my solution which was disabling ipv6 but I'm not sure if it would work. Sorry.
