Soviet B-4 203 mm inside a British Pit Large

Hi guys, I am working in a B-4 Emplacements. I already put a lot of weapons in the british pit but I am having problems with this particular one.
My main problem is the crew animation. I do not know the correct values to make them appear.
Lets me explain better:

An AT gun like Zis-3 or Pak 40 need a gunner and a loader. Then I have no problem with the crew extension of the gun and the pit.
In my crew_ext:

1 Role:

animator_bp: armies\soviet\soldiers\at_gun\at_gun
role_name: Gunner
sync_action_name: attach_17pounder_gunner
(there are other values but this ones are the important ones)

2 Role:

animator_bp: armies\soviet\soldiers\at_gun\at_gun
role_name: Loader
sync_action_name: attach_17pounder_gunner
(there are other values but this ones are the important ones)

Those values work perfect with AT weapons or other weapons who use gunner and loader. Units more complex like B-4 203mm do not work with those values.
This unit have 5 crew memebers with diferent roles.

What I did ?

I went to the B-4 gun ebps (original one) and tried some values from the team weapon extension (of the gun). Sadly I failed.

What I think ?

I think I have the correct values for the role list of the B-4
With 5 crew memebers the roles are:

Role 1: gunner1
Role 2: loader1
Role 3: loader2
Role 4: crew1
Role 5: gunner2

The animator bp: armies\soviet\soldiers\at_gun\at_gun
(for all of them)

But, the problem is the "sync_action_name"
Here is the key of my problem. I do not know which value I should put here.

I know this is not an easy question, but maybe someone with most experience than me could give me a hand on it.
