sdfkz.222 scout car's coaxial gun bug

ostheer's scout car sdkfz.222 often disabled. their coaxial gun stop firing, and shoot only 20mm gun. it makes 222 to trash. pls fix it.

It less about the coaxial being bugged and more about the coaxial only have a 5 degree arc with no ability to traverse to the right, left, up or down. This makes the 222 very iffy when attacking infantry as the autocannon is the primary weapon so there's a chance the 222's MG won't properly track. Also makes running down infantry difficult if they're too close to the 222 itself.
